Computer Vision Syndrome
Computers are everywhere.
More and more people are working on a
computer for long periods of time
throughout the day. This can cause fatigue,
eyestrain, headaches, neck aches, blurred
vision and even more symptoms.
A computer oriented eye exam takes into account all of the following information to
help find a solution to your specific problem.
Describe your computer station to the doctor.
Includes measurements of how far the monitor is from your eyes.
How your monitor is positioned.
Includes measurements of the distance to any other material you need to see.
Using all of this information your doctor will prescribe contact lenses and/or glasses
that will allow you to work in total visual comfort.
