Dr. Roger Davis
Dr. Roger Davis has been a licensed Optometrist since 1987. He
has been practicing for over 25 years across the state of North
Carolina. He particularly enjoys working with contact lenses and
with new technology. Roger was one of the first eye doctors in
NC to embrace the Optos Retinal scanning system, and has
assisted in educating other Optometrists on this technology.
He enjoys teaching and currently serves as a clinical preceptor to
the Wake Forest Medical School Family Medicine Resident
Program. Dr. Davis is also an Adjunct Faculty for the Illinois
College of Optometry fourth year extern program.
Dr. Davis served on the Davie County School Task Force and the Davie County Schools Gifted Student
Plan Revision Committee. Past President, board member and active in the Twin City Kiwanis of
Winston-Salem for over 10 years. Member of Hillsdale United Methodist Church. Has served on the
Board of Directors of Children of Vietnam, non-profit charity.
